This post is a factual record of works that were uploaded, distributed, or incorporated without my explicit permission.
I am documenting these cases here for clarity and future reference.
1) “Rainy Gardener - w/ Keiko Yoshimura - Yoshio Chino” (Audius)
This track was uploaded without my permission. The piece originated from a proposed collaboration EP titled “Intervals” by Evil Needle.
I arranged this track based on approximately eight bars of MIDI data provided by Evil Needle at the time.
The EP was never officially released with mutual agreement.
However, this track later appeared online without my authorization.
2) Jamaar The Lecture (Prod. by J P A) (SoundCloud)
In this track, my composition titled “Piano” is incorporated in the latter part of the audio.I did not grant permission for this use.
3) SKYGAZE – Kaleidoscopes (Bandcamp)
My work “Playing at the Bridge” has been sampled and used in this track. No prior agreement or permission was granted for this sampling.
Additional context (about cases #2 and #3)
The underlying works referenced above were previously released by me on SoundCloud and/or Bandcamp under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 (CC BY 3.0).For that reason, these uses may have been caused by a misunderstanding of Creative Commons (e.g., interpreting CC as “no copyright” or “free to use without permission”).
This note is added only as context; the absence of explicit permission remains unchanged.
Closing Note
This post is not written out of hostility. It is a factual archive to clarify authorship and the absence of authorization in these cases.
