About the Album
*My Past Memories* is a collection of electronic music from an earlier period of my work, quite different from the ambient and relaxing piano music I usually release as Chino Yoshio.
Influenced by trip-hop and other forms of electronic music, these tracks reflect a time when I was exploring beats, textures, and a more rhythm-driven sound. Some of the pieces began as demos that I submitted to Mercedes-Benz Mixed Tape, hoping that one day my music might be selected for the compilation.
Looking back, these tracks feel like snapshots of a particular period in my musical life—ideas, sounds, and ambitions preserved as memories.
Today, I continue to explore this side of my music under a different name, *Xbzoxmqp Uxsdajwo*.
